Self-Serve

Single-Tenant
You provide service account credentials, and we provision a dedicated environment just for your organization within Viven's cloud. Your data is logically isolated from other customers, with a dedicated encryption key for your tenancy.

Security & Compliance
All deployment models include baseline security controls: encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest (AES-256), and role-based access control. The table below summarizes the additional controls available per tier.

How the Pilot Works
Our team will work with you to design a scoped pilot on the Self-Serve deployment model — no infrastructure setup, no lengthy procurement cycles. You select a small group of 10–20 users, connect one or two of your existing data sources, and start seeing results within days.
The pilot is structured to answer the questions that matter most to your stakeholders: How quickly can our team find information? What time is being saved? Where is the clearest ROI? By the end of the pilot, you will have concrete usage data and user feedback to build your internal business case.

- For Single-Tenant or Own VPC, our team will guide you through a short setup checklist.
- Connect your data sources (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Google Workspace, and more) using our guided connector setup.
- Invite your team and start building your Digital Twin — most customers are live and querying within the same day (Self-Serve) to a few weeks (Own VPC).
