Analytics

See how your Twin is being used — who's asking, what they're asking, and how well it's answering.

What's in Analytics?​

Analytics gives you a usage view of your Twin. At a glance, you can see:

  • Who's asking — which teammates have been querying your Twin.
  • What's being asked — common topics and recurring themes.
  • Volume over time — how often your Twin is being used, trending up or down.
  • Confidence trends — how grounded your Twin's answers are over time, which is a proxy for whether your training is paying off.

Why It Matters​

Analytics is where you learn what to train next. A few patterns:

  • A topic keeps showing up in questions — that's a strong signal to capture an artifact on it.
  • Confidence on a topic is low — your Twin is reaching but doesn't have enough grounding. Train it.
  • A specific person is asking a lot — consider whether they should be on Full Persona, or whether you should build an Expert Twin around the workflow you both share.
  • Volume drops — your Twin's quality may be slipping, or the moments people would use it aren't being captured.

Open My Twin and navigate to Analytics. The view is yours alone — usage data on your Twin, by you.
